Public Invited to Attend Planning Session for Montana State Park Events in Great Falls Area

(Great Falls, MT) – Montana State Parks (stateparks.mt.gov) announced today:

What: A planning session for Great Falls area state park events and activities in 2013.
We’ll be identifying new, creative opportunities for the public to enjoy Montana State Parks in this area, including Giant Springs State Park, First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park and Sluice Boxes State Park.

When: Thursday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m.

Where: The large conference room at Montana Fish, Wildlife & Park’s Region 4 Headquarters, 4600 Giant Springs Road in Great Falls.

Refreshments will be provided. Those interested in volunteering will be asked to help with putting together school programs, guest speakers, public service days, and more.

Visit Montana State Parks (stateparks.mt.gov) and enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, swimming, boating and more and discover some of the greatest natural and cultural treasures on earth.
