Clark’s Lookout State Park Adopts Winter Gate Closure -November 1st, 2018 through April 30th, 2019-

(Dillon, MT) – Montana State Parks ( announced today that the gate at Clark’s Lookout State Park will close for winter on November 1, 2018 through April 30, 2019.

Due to operational constraints, a seasonal gate closure is the most cost-effective way to maintain this facility over the winter months. Walk-in access to the park is still available, but parking is NOT permitted along Clark’s Lookout Road outside the gate because of private property. Fishing access off Lovers Leap Road is still be accessible to the public.  Montana State Parks apologizes for any inconvenience.

Clark's Lookout State Park is located just 1 mile north of Dillon off Highway 91
