Proposed State Parks Campground Improvement Project at Finley Point State Park
Montana State Parks is seeking public comment on a draft Environmental Assessment for a project to improve camping at Finley Point State Park on the south end of Flathead Lake. The proposed park improvements would provide more open space around motor home campsites and add a new campsite loop. Five walk-in, tent-only camping sites would be added and 2 yurts are planned to further expand the camping availability. The park entrance would be widened to allow safer, easier access for motor homes and trailers.
