

The following rules govern the use of Fish, Wildlife & Parks lands and the appropriate fees charged for use of those lands and FWP services.
The Biennial Fee Rule lists all fees at State Parks and Fishing Access Sites as approved by the FWP Commission on November 18, 2010. This includes fees and rules for entering state parks (nonresidents), camping (including the campsite reservation program), facility rental, special use and group use, commercial use on the Alberton Gorge, and special recreation permits on the Blackfoot and Madison rivers.
823 KB)The Smith River State Park Biennial Rule was adopted by the FWP Commission on November 18, 2010. The rule covers all aspects of administering the Smith River State Park and River Corridor from Camp Baker to Eden Bridge -- including river capacity, permit drawing, floater registration, campsite declaration, fees, outfitter authorization, and much more.
Commerical use is defined as any person, group, or organization that makes or attempts to make a profit, vend a service or product, receive money, amortize equipment, or obtain goods or services as compensation from participants in activities. Commercial use rules exist to provide guidelines for evaluating whether a request is compatible with public expectations and management objectives for FWP sites.
