Boat Docks Winterized At Cooney State Park - North Shore boat dock still available for use

Decision Notice Issued for Maintenance and Host Site Improvements at Pictograph Cave State Park
(Billings, MT) – Montana State Parks (stateparks.mt.gov) announced today that a decision notice has been issued for Maintenance and Host Site Improvements at Pictograph Cave State Park in Billings, MT. The decision is to proceed with improvements to the Maintenance facilities and two Camp Host Sites. By notification of this Decision Notice, the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) is hereby made the Final EA.

Travelers' Rest State Park Entrance Road to be Closed for Paving -Tuesday, October 28th
(Lolo, MT) – Montana State Parks (stateparks.mt.gov) announced that the road leading into Travelers’ Rest State Park from Highway 12 will be closed on Tuesday, October 28th while paving operations are underway. The visitor center and park will remain open for those who access via the small parking area and walking trail on the south side of Lolo Creek. This site can be reached from Hwy 93 and Mormon Creek Road.
